Court marriages normally take place inside the presence of a marriage officer. In courtroom marriage, any two persons who are eligible can marry each other inside the presence of 3 witnesses. … Any individuals of different genders regardless of their caste and religion can get marry every other through the court room marriage.

Documents Required (Bride Groom & Bride) Note:- Age of the Groom should be 21 years or above & Bride should be 18 years.

Photo:- Passport Size – 1 each

ID Proof:- Voter ID Card/Driving License/Passport/Pan Card

Age Proof For Both (Any One Document):-

  • Birth Certificate
  • School Leaving Certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate.
  • SSC or HSC Board Certificate.
  • Passport

Address Proof For Both (Any of Two Documents):-

  1. Aadhar Card
  2. Passport
  3. Property Tax receipt / Bill
  4. Election Identity Card
  5. MSEB Electricity Bill or BSNL Telephone Bill Name of the Applicant
  6. Rent Agreement ( Registered )
  7. MSEB Bill / Index II / Possession Letter
  8. Company Letter head with Company Id Card
  9. Ration Card

For divorcee / widow / widower:  If an applicant is a divorcee: Judgement and Court Decree copy If applicant is widow or widower: Death Certificate of Spouse.

Required Documents (Witness): Note: To Register the Marriage you require तवो witnesses, the witnesses are needed to submit certain documents as proofs. A witness should be an adult, more than 21 years of age, can be Parents, Relatives & Friends.

  • A personal visit is required to SDM Office. Once the Appointment is fixed our PDS Executive will be updating you for the same.
  •  Time Period:- Once the application is submitted to the Government Office it will take minimum 15-30 days / One Month as per Govt. Rule for processing. From the date of application approval we get 60 days time to get the Court Marriage Registration done. The applicant can choose one date of the 60 days for the registration to be done.
