  1. Pan of Company
  2. MOA/AOA and Certificate of Incorporation of Company
  3. PAN of All Directors
  4. Address Proof of all Directors (Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar)
  5. Photograph of All Directors
  6. Bank Account details – Bank Statement / First Page of Passbook
  7. Proof of Principal place of Business – Bank Statement / Consent Letter/ Electricity Bill/ Rent Agreement
  8. Board Resolution Appointing Authorized Signatory for GST Registration
  9. Digital Signature of Authorized Signatory / Director
